So i built a little portfolio online... its not that great oranything and it is still in the works, but if you feel kind enoughcheck it out and leave me a comment or so in my guestbook.
These are the cutest little things i have ever had the pleasure of being around. Kittens are cute - yes, Puppies are cute - indeed, but these little lambs are the sweetest things EVER!! <3
So, its video time. I haven't uploaded anything in awhile so i thought i would work on that for a bit today.
Right now i have for you, 15 videos from the Aussie Pink Floyd concert that Dan I went to back on December 4th 2006 They are only 30 sec clips but they are wicked. It was such an awesome show!
So lastnight was the Tomcat Combat show in New Glasgow.
I made this shirt for the occasion. I recorded thier entire 40 min set with my new camera... its sweet. Dan and I watched it on the TV this morning. Only problem. It won't seem to come off my camera! We've tried just about everything and it just won't transfer off the the card! So I am kind of annoyed. What is the point of being able to take hour long videos if you can't get them off the damn camera! jeesh.
Lastnight when we finally got home at 1:30am... We couldn't get in the house. Nope. Dan tried and tried and tried to get the deadbolt open but it just didn't seem to work. We had no idea what was wrong, but the key would just not go in the lock! After about 20 mins of friging with the lock in the freezing cold, Dan and Noel somehow got the door open. We unloaded all the gear and I tried to heat myself back up while Dan took Noel and Alex home. It really sucks being locked out of your apartment when you ACTUALLY have the KEYS. We figured out this morning that there was ice in the lock... So Dan took the deadbolt right off the door and we put it in some hot water and *poof* Key instantly worked.
Now i suppose i have to get ready to head BACK into the van as we are having supper at Dan's mom's tonight. I am really starting to hate driving. Grrr. I am so requesting Tim Hortons on the way there.
So, i went to get my 2 GB card for my camera today. Its wicked! At an image size of 2848 x 2136 I cantake 1360 photos. that means that at a normal 640x 480 i can take 15992 photos!!! AHHH! Thats amazing. I never have to worry about filling my memory card again! I can't wait to use this at Reflections on Monday.

I'm talking bacon, eggs, homefries, pancakes, veggieomelets, breakfast wraps, etc. Tonnes of food for everybody! Ourdrunken chef for the day will be your friend and mine, Mr. Alfred Remo. Food giveaway starts at probably around 6 or 7pm and bands will startplaying good and early too. The wheel spinning will take place an hourearlier at 1am.The wheel is set at a whopping $200, but as everybody knows, $200nights are now must go nights, where if nobody wins the $200 during theinitial spins, the money is reset to $100 and we keep spinning untilsomebody wins(hit by food spots are quadrupled during this bonusround).

its still not finished.. and these are some pretty crap tastic photos.. but damn it looks so nice in there in the evening. I love walking around at work now at the end of the night. So cozy and warm.
I would like to make a public congratulations to my Dad and Cally on their recent engagement. The big day will be March 17th 2007 and we are ALL very excited.
Lastnight we actually got the basis of our very first track down! Its exciting. Tonight after I get home from work we'll be adding the vocals (as we ran out of time down at A52 lastnight). Lugging Dan's computer down there was ridiculous but, we managed and I think it was definitely worth it. Just sitting here listening to the recording now is awesome! It is going to sound SOOO awesome when its done!! I can't wait.
I also managed to take a few shots of the guys while we were setting up and doing the recording. I think I will make it a habit of taking the camera with me every practice.
So, today is my day off... my only day off this week... I worked the past 12 days straight and now i have today off... and my next day off is... uhhh.. undetermined. fun:) As of right now, I have just put in 1/2 hr of overtime already:)
Today has turned into a blah day... Dan and I took to our favorite activities, he picked up his guitar and I picked up my camera. So resulted in an amusing afternoon...
( picks and clicks ) Dan doesn't really like them all that much, but I do:) I think they came out really well and i liked taking them.
Now I'm making some supper and later tonight there shall be popcorn and Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas:) We lost the movie during the move and just found it this afternoon. *yay* I no longer work at 9am tomorrow so... woo! Movie! good times.
I started this post hours ago... jesus! I get distracted easily. I go back to downloading more musica for work...
